Subscription Terms

1. Seller
The Jimi Premium subscription is offered by Arahmie SAS, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (SIREN: 108 386 863). Contact: support@jimifit.com. These terms supplement the Terms of Use.
2. How subscribing works
Subscriptions are purchased exclusively through in-app purchase on the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), which process the payment under their own terms. We never have access to your payment details. Subscribing implies acceptance of these terms.
3. Plans
Jimi Premium gives access, for its duration, to the premium features described on the subscription screen (notably the AI coach, personalized programs and advanced tracking). Two auto-renewing plans are offered: monthly and yearly. The exact content, duration and price of each plan are shown in the App before any purchase.
Premium features may carry reasonable usage limits (for example a number of coach messages or photo analyses per period), shown in the App. Reaching a limit temporarily suspends the feature concerned until the next period; this is part of the normal use of the service and does not give rise to any refund, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
4. Free trial
A 7-day free trial may be offered to new users on the YEARLY plan only. The monthly plan carries no trial and is billed from the first day. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial (from your App Store or Google Play account settings), the trial automatically converts into a paid yearly subscription, at the price shown at sign-up. A reminder is sent before the trial ends. One free trial per user.
5. Price and payment
Prices are displayed in the App and on the store listing, inclusive of tax, in the currency of your store account; they may vary by region. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at purchase confirmation and then at each renewal. If a payment fails, access to premium features may be suspended under the store's rules.
6. Auto-renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically at each term (month, quarter or year) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time, free of charge and without justification: on iOS, Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play, Profile, Payments and subscriptions. After cancellation, premium access remains active until the end of the period already paid, which is not refunded pro rata, subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies and your statutory rights.
We may change prices; any change will be notified in advance and will only apply from the next renewal, with the stores requiring your express consent where applicable. If you do not accept, you can cancel before the renewal date.
7. Right of withdrawal
The subscription is a digital service. Under Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have in principle a 14-day withdrawal right. By subscribing, you request immediate performance of the service; under Article L.221-28, where performance has begun with your express agreement and waiver, the withdrawal right can no longer be exercised for the period underway. In practice, refund requests for in-app purchases are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Google Play support) under their own policies, which for EU consumers include their own withdrawal procedures and prevail over any conflicting provision here.
8. Legal guarantee
Premium features benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity applicable to digital content and services (Articles L.224-25-1 and following of the French Consumer Code). In case of lack of conformity, you may require it to be brought into conformity, or failing that a price reduction or termination, under the conditions provided by law.
9. Mediation and disputes
These terms are drawn up in French and in English; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version shall prevail. They are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence. For any complaint, contact us first at support@jimifit.com. Failing an amicable solution within 60 days, you may refer the matter, free of charge, to the consumer mediator designated by Arahmie SAS (CM2C — Centre de la médiation de la consommation de conciliateurs de justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France — phone: +33 1 89 47 00 14 — online filing: www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php — email: litiges@cm2c.net) or to the European online dispute-resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Otherwise, the competent courts will have jurisdiction under ordinary law.
